Hornets vs Kings
One of the best things about watching the Hornets at Spectrum Center is experiencing the little things you don’t get to see on TV. From the wholesome moments between Miles Bridges & his kids before the game to the vibration of fans icing Kings point guard De’Aron Fox during 2 free throws that would’ve won the game.
Last night’s game was another one that came down to the stretch. The Kings came out strong, determined to beat an undermanned Hornets team. But we weren’t having it. Every single player showed up. When someone was struggling shooting someone else stepped up.
My player of the game was rookie guard James Bouknight. I’ve been waiting all season to see what he can do & tonight he showed us. He has a great handle, can shoot from anywhere, has an incredible vertical, and remained calm and collected under pressure. I’m looking forward to watching him grow with our team.
The Hornets have a long road trip ahead, and hopefully, we can get some of our guys back, but even if we don’t I think we’re ready.
