Hornets vs Nets

LaMelo Ball showed his greatness under the big lights as the Hornets spoil Kyrie Irving’s home debut. This game was huge for multiple reasons. The Nets and Hornets are neck and neck in the standings as the season winds down. Because the Hornets took this game they have also won the season series, which is huge.

Just an all around great game for the Hornets. A major part of the game plan was to stop Kyrie Irving who scored 50 on us the last time we played, and the Hornets did just that. Kyrie only scored 16 points on 6-22 shooting.

LaMelo had a huge game. He dropped 33 on 7 threes. Cody Martin made two huge threes as well to seal the win for the Hornets. Another great game for the Hornets as we continue our playoff push. On to Denver.
