Hornets vs Jazz
The Hornets are peeking at the right time. After their win, last night against the Jazz the Hornets have now won 6 of their last 7 games and are now only 4 games behind the sixth seed.
The Hornets defense and rebounding were great last night. They held Jazz star Rudy Gobert to only 11 points which were something James Borrego emphasized before the game.
Terry Rozier especially came up clutch in the fourth quarter and helped the Hornets hold on to win.
Sunday night is going to be a huge game as the Hornets travel to Brooklyn to take on the Nets in a battle for the eighth seed in the east. Kyrie Irving will be available to play in this home game for the Nets for the first time in a long time.
Earlier in the season I would have said this was a guaranteed blowout for the Nets, but with the Hornets playing the way they are playing right now, who knows.
