Hornets vs Knicks

The Hornets got contributions from all over the lineup but that wasn’t enough too outlasted the healthy Knicks squad.

Led by Jalen Brunson, who looked extremely comfortable leading their squad, the Knicks just snuck by with a three point win in overtime.

The Hornets looked out of it at the end of the third but outscored the Knicks by 8 in the last 12 minutes of regulation, and forced OT.

We couldn’t stop Brunson the last period (he led the game in scoring and assists with 27 and 13 respectively). Dennis Smith looked great in his return to New York dropping 14 and 11. Jalen McDaniels had a great game off the bench, and Theo Maledon! Maledon, a recent signee, only missed one shot and finished with 15 points in 16 minutes.

We played a really good game on both ends considering the team we played and the important players we were missing. I can’t wait to see the Knicks later in the season when both teams are healthy.
