Hornets vs Pacers

The Hornets won their third straight game against the Pacers tonight in Indiana. Our backcourt of Rozier and Ball showed the Pacers big men Domontas Sabonis and Myles Turner what it would be like if they teamed up with us.

Terry Rozier who has been spectacular as of late continued his hot streak dropping 35 points on 13 – 23 shooting. Terry got into a groove in the first quarter and got it going again in the fourth. He also nailed 3 free throws late that iced the game.

LaMelo Ball played great once again as he was 1 assist away from the fourth triple double of his career. He finished with 21 points 12 rebounds and 9 assists.

Overall there isn’t much to say about this game. Everyone stepped up and we outworked the Pacers in nearly every aspect of the game despite missing Miles Bridges and PJ Washington.

The Hornets will get a much needed 4 day break and we’ll start 2022 at home against the 27 -7 Phoenix Suns. Hopefully Miles and PJ will clear health and safety protocols and be available for Monday’s game.
