Hornets vs Knicks

I have two words for you that describe this game: MILES BRIDGES.

Our emerging fourth year star showed the world why he should be an All-Star, when he completely destroyed the Knicks tonight. Bridges knew he had to step up this game with LaMelo Ball and Kelly Oubre both out and he did just that.

We came out hot, jumping to an 11 point lead at the end on the first. Bridges had 22 points in the first quarter alone. After that, there was no turning back. The Hornets never let go of the lead, thanks to Bridges’ impeccable offense, great all-around team defense, and overall just outworking the Knicks.

Pretty much everybody did their part to help us win this game,  but Bridges was over the top. He finished with a career high 38 points, grabbed 12 boards, and had 5 assists.

Hopefully we”ll get LaMelo back for the game Wednesday against the Celtics, who have been playing good basketball over the past week. This game will be on ESPN, so we get to show what we can do on national tv.
