Hornets vs Thunder
The Hornets came back into the hive Friday night and cruised to an easy victory over the OKC Thunder.
The Hornets were fully healthy for only the fourth game this season, which undeniably helped us secure this win. Led by Terry Rozier, the Hornets hit a very strong first quarter and easily rode out the next three quarters.
The Thunder actually cut the lead to nine early in the third quarter behind Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Josh Giddey, but I wasn’t worried especially the way that Rozier and Miles Bridges were playing.
My player of the game tonight was PJ Washington, who went 6 – 10 from three and finished with 20 points.
The Hornets have now won 7 out of the last 8 games. I hope we can continue this winning streak and keep moving up in the eastern conference standings.
